Jul 8, 2015 | TRIMET Aluminium SE will employ up to 55 apprentices at its six production sites in Germany this year. The innovative mid-size company offers young applicants long-term career prospects in eleven technical and commercial professions. “As a family-owned enterprise, we can only survive on the market with perfectly trained and highly motivated employees. Therefore, we consider investment in our own employees to be the best provision for the future,” says TRIMET Human Resources Director Ellen Ronden. Since its founding in 1985, the company has trained some 600 skilled workers and continuously increased the number of apprenticeship positions as the company has grown.
“Our high level of technology and international focus ensure future-oriented training. With a variety of activities, including the annual trainee camp, field trips and participation in various contests, apprentices never miss out on fun, despite the intensive work,” explains Frank Wenzel, Trainer at the Harzgerode location.
Currently, there are still a few unfilled apprenticeship positions in Hamburg, Harzgerode and Sömmerda for the following professions: electronic technician, foundry mechanic and toolmaker. More information is available at www.trimet.eu.
