TRIMET welcomes 174 new employees

Since the beginning of the year, TRIMET has been ramping up production at its smelter sites. By mid-2025, the electrolysis plants are expected to reach full capacity, and the number of orders in the foundries and anode factories is also increasing.

To meet these challenges, we need many skilled minds and helping hands. TRIMET’s HR team conducted hundreds of job interviews in the first half of 2024 to attract new talent – a strong signal to the entire workforce!

"A special thanks goes to our HR team, which tirelessly searched for reinforcements for our locations," says Ellen Ronden, HR Director for TRIMET's sites in Germany. "On average, three interviews were needed for each position filled. It's great to see that we now have a full team to pursue our plans."

From January to August 2024, TRIMET hired a total of 113 new employees at its sites across Germany, mostly to support production. Additionally, 24 trainees who completed their apprenticeships have stayed on board. Along with the 37 young talents who started their apprenticeships with us on August 1st, TRIMET is looking ahead with confidence and determination.

TRIMET is still hiring. Check out our current job openings here.
